The wheels casters could've been better quality wanted a heavy duty feel to them . Might buy some different ones later to replace them. The current ones work so far no biggie.

After installing them, one of the cases had what I would describe as a minor functional issue with the clasp holding it in place. I reached out to them to let them know the part was faulty. They responded immediately and, in the end, more than compensated for the faulty part. Again, kudos to this company for the customer service, communication! A+++, highly recommend!
