The phone arrived with only 85% battery, no invoice whether in the delivery or by email, no proof of certification. I contacted Loop and to be fair they were responsive. After a few requests invoice received, but the proof of certification they initially claimed they could provide is now impossible to obtain. Just thought to share for info.

Decided to return which was quick and easy and a refund came a few days later. Shame there was an issue with the device but these things happen. Would still buy again from this seller.
