The build quality feels cheap, and the sound is full of static and distortion – almost unusable. Strangely, it works better with the electronics turned off, which defeats the purpose. I compared it with several other headsets, and this one performed the worst, especially in noisy environments. There's nothing wrong with the headset itself in fact. Since we have sold multi pieces of same headsets before and never met client feedback the headset has quality problem. Maybe you use too many quality headsets before and without comparison, there is no harm. We totally understand your feeling and definitely won't let our client loss. Have your best understanding~
