The delivery driver was concerned about the package as it looked like something had started to leak, so advised me to open and check contents immediately. After opening the packet the contents of the parcel had all leaked out. I contacted the seller who apologised and offered a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement which was delivered the next day. This was just an unfortunate incident, nobody's fault.

Lovely email, apologising for not sending and offering alternative items. Unfortunately the alternatives were not suitable for me so I asked for a refund. It was refunded straight away, no problem at all. I can only highly recommend the service I received from Emma, I wish the service every purchase made online were as professional.

Unfortunately, it was the last one and the seller contacted me it's slightly damaged, they had contacted other sellers to find one for me but in vain. I was offered another at the same price but I requested refund. Please let me know if you have it again. I am amazed by the seller's correctness and fast reaction and wholeheartedly recommending them.
