The computer OS and hardware are good - with the exception the battery. I charged it fully and it lasted about an hour before it fully drained. I contacted seller before buying and they said EVERYTHING would be in good working order. Not true - as the battery sucks and I had to spend $90 on a new battery. That should have been deducted from price I paid. Beware that not everything is checked.

No scratches on the screen, the system performed excellently. I did have an issue with the battery as it was draining very quickly. I reached out to the seller, and he was happy to give me a $40 refund so that I could purchase a new battery for my client. Perfect customer service, as things do happen out of everyone's control. My client is extremely happy with her device.

And it's pretty hard to beat the price. The only issue we had was they shipped the wrong model. Not exactly what I ordered, but close. But after some, chatting back and forth and a little discount for my trouble, I kept the one they sent. So far, so good. I would deal with them again.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well.
