I was initially worried because FedEx delayed him twice (not the seller's fault) and delivered him upside down (despite the seller using "live fish" and "this side up" stickers on the box). Luckily he was okay, he has already acclimated to the tank and is thriving. It's honestly a testament to the seller's high-quality fish and packaging that he arrived alive and in good condition. He was well-worth the price and the wait.
