In the photos, the collar appeared to be clean. I did not notice how bad the stains were until after I had washed it. I believe it was picture #5 indicating a vertical section of the collar's condition. When you opened the package and saw the shirt it was clearly visible. If you had contacted me at that time I would have gladly refunded.
