Bracelet links were scratched. The bracelet fit my wrist closely...not enough links. I have several Gucci watches and always had to remove links. Protective tape on watch was old and frayed. The boxes were stained and bent. The watch was within an old plastic resealable bag. Gucci never sends their watches in an old plastic bag. Thank you and it's the exact one I wanted with the red second hand!! The problem I'm having is that I cannot lift the silver clap on the black strap to insert the band in order to wear the watch. The claps on the other bands works fine. Please help. The other has white stains, is discolored and dry rotted. I know these bands cost $165.00 to replace, that is why I accepted your offer to replace the band instead of returning the watch.
