Only issue was the open/close mechanism of the blinds was slightly damaged. It took me 10 minutes to fix the problem and all was ok. Would definitely recommend. I usually purchase from well known blind company. These blinds were similar quality at half the price.

Seller stated problems with courier (royal mail). Said they would now use another courier- also royal mail. I pointed out that that was the same courier and got no response. Another week goes by and surprise surprise, it is still not posted. I contact seller again asking when this would be posted as it is a present and now needed urgently. Again I got no response. Terrible customer service
