I sent a message to Bluecybercow with a photo. With no hesitation they responded immediately and I was given a apology was given a mutual agreed partial refund to obtain the correct charger. Definitely would buy again. Thank you

The seller rectified it with next day delivery of the correct charger. Its never about issues for me its always about resolutions and this was perfect thank you very much.
