Seller charged almost $27 to ship the one item (Coach bag) and then used the slowest possible shipping method. It took TEN days to ship from FL to MA. Bag was misleadingly described as "almost new condition." Bag had defects not described in listing and smelled musty. Bad value, bad quality, bad appearance. Zero communication. I could have posted pictures of the horrible packaging. I also could have posted pictures of defects that were NOT described in the listing. One MAJOR DEFECT YOU DID NOT DISLCOSE is a tear in the bag along the side seam. That damage was NOT caused by the post office during shipping. And the bag DID smell musty. You did not reach out to me directly to try to resolve the issue.
