Most customers are coming back customers. Our computers are in good condition and they are listed with the most accurate description. These computers are not new but the customer is expecting to receive brand new one. He told us he is not happy to not be able to sell back to his customers at the price of brand new computer with illegal diagnostics softwares. The transit time for delivery was 3 days, well inside the transit time disclosed.
