They were packed very well with plenty insulation, ice pack & brightly labeled “LIVE SNAILS PERISHABLE”. Upon arrival, at 1st the heated box had them snails stink’n! After 2 hrs they still “appeared dead”. Contact seller, they had no problem making good. I didn’t give up on them. After 7-1/2 hrs, 19 of 27 snails ALIVE in my tank! Woke up this morning, ALL 27! I’d say these are great quality to fight like this to live

I reached out to the seller to request a specific M/F ratio, he quickly responded with yes. They were very well packed, I ordered 8 and he took the time to package them in 8 individual bags each labeled M or F. This seller has enough experience to know the benefit of packaging individually should any die in transit, one bag with 8 could mean all DOA. Highly recommend!

Packaging was exemplary, all 7 shrimp arrived alive and thriving; three days later and each of them is happily doing their shrimpy things. USPS played mind games with their tracking system, but the seller was kind and calm when I messaged them. I have saved this seller as a favorite, and will be purchasing from them again if/when needs arise. I'm a very happy newbie shrimp keeper, and can see why shrimp keeping is addictive.
