I really liked the case and the laptop is exactly what I needed. Loved it! The previous owner was still attached and had to get removed, but The Mac Patch is patient, kind, and willing to help if you need it. I appreciate good customer service. The cord is in perfect condition and the shipping was first class. Very well packaged to protect the laptop!
