The item ended up having some damage that the seller overlooked, but the issue was addressed quickly and kindly. Taking responsibility says a lot about the quality of seller. The item arrived folded the same way as the photos, so I can see where it could easily be an honest mistake. The situation is unfortunate, but it was still pleasant overall.
