And also they could have clean it before sending it. And it's clearly not refurbished just used. And it's only letting me do a positive review, im actually neutral about this review. Not the best but no awful.

The only small thing is I asked the seller whether the screens were IPS and the seller answered "they all generally have IPS" which is inaccurate. Nevertheless, the item was still Rank S with minimal scratches so the item arrived as described as the description did not mention any IPS screen.
