I had questions before I ordered the frames and he answered all of them promptly. My order arrived exactly as described and safely packaged. Unfortunately, the frames did not fit my face. The seller immediately accepted a return which was easy to do. Also, I need to note that he is a kind and caring seller… Highly recommend!!

My only issue was about the shipping. USPS said package was arriving Thursday before 9pm but didn’t come. Package didn’t show up until today (Saturday). Not sellers fault. USPS systems don’t always update with accurate information.
