I accidentally wrote the wrong address and it was undeliverable and returned to Dalex. He quickly upon receipt, resent it to me. It arrived exactly as it was described, and it was in perfect condition, packaged beautifully. The most kind gesture was that he did not charge me extra for resending it, when it was my error. I would highly recommend Dalex.
