It looks like it may have broken while being wrapped, the box was undamaged. I can't speak to it's internal condition until i open it up to clean and oil. I also need to make a cord for it. It arrived as pictured and described, and I am very satisfied with my purchase. All in all, an excellent value and I thank the seller for such quick response and free shipping on what must be an expensive item to ship.
