Seller refused to contact UPS to submit an inquiry. Package never scanned for a week. Seller changed their story from UPS picked it up to they had USPS pick it up by accident. The whole interaction was suspicious. Item arrived late. Item was not as described. Post said new, but it had damage and was repackaged. Also, missing items. When tracking was not updating, we checked our security camera footage and were able to figure out it was picked up by the wrong carrier. Went to the local carrier and they told us they handed off to the proper carrier. Asked the customer to wait until a specified date for the scan with the mix up. Customer said they refused to return the item if we just went ahead and refunded. Item delivered. Customer opened and closed a return after receipt.
