I purchased this product (Order #: 05-15123-53341) It arrived broken in a usps plastic damage wrapper. I asked the seller for a refund and the appropriate return label. I was informed to return the item (USPS tracking #9500111609676261296009). I purchased the item again (Order No. 18-15195-96402) and received in good condition, but no refund. I was told I need to file a claim for reimbursement, which I am trying to do, for order #: 05-15123-53341. Please help. Thank you.

Hi I got the correct item listed and at an excellent price after searching various places and I would buy from this seller again. The only thing I recommend improving is the packaging, the box it arrived in was not firm so it was a little smashed.

THANK YOU for NOT putting these small items in a huge box with tons of packing material! I've bought from this seller before and the product does exactly what it says. It's an excellent antiseptic. ¡GRACIAS por no meter estos artículos pequeños en una caja enorme con montones de material de embalaje! Ya le he comprado a este vendedor y el producto cumple exactamente lo que promete. Es un antiséptico excelente.
