What a wonderful experience to have dealt with Louisa and James, from the ordering process to the communication throughout. A small issue arose and the team quickly and professionally managed the issue. When arrived the posters were well wrapped, and excellent quality. The appearance as advertised as the same. Great value for money and the added touch of matching book marks, made the overall experienced something that I would be happy to repeat at any time.

Excellent customer service and print. I messaged quite late in the day and did not expect a reply until the next day. I received a quick reply from Jamie who was able to show me how a print would look in a certain size which I bought at no extra cost and received a free book mark too. Print received well packaged. Very pleased with purchase.

What an amazing experience buying from James and Louise! The customer service is the best I have ever experienced, from initial enquiries regarding custom prints down to the attention to detail taken in making sure I was happy with print layouts. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and I am extremely happy with the beautifully printed art work I received. Responses were super speedy. It is very rare to find such personalised service and online no less! Great sense of humour too ;)
