They send you a flimsy paper type material filters, in a plastic bag. In the picture, the right filter- is my used original filter. On the left is their paper type material filter. Original is made of a cotton like cloth, like in their picture of their "Original Dirt Devil picture"- but you get a paper type filter, the type I was explicitly trying to avoid. Disappointed.

Then, the package arrived with the package all torn up and missing an end cap on 1 of the rollers. from the tracking information, it appears that the package was delivered to someone else and they returned it to the shipping facility who then delivered it to me. Since I was already issued a refund, I am satisfied with the transaction. I have bought from the seller before and been very satisfied.
