EBay initially said that they couldn’t refund me. It was the most frustrating experience phoning Royal Mail to get them to send me proof of delivery, contacting the seller and finally ebay! Worst experience I’ve had with eBay as I didn’t receive the item. Gave a positive to seller as it wasn’t her fault either.
