Started with an incorrect address on the shipping label, poor communications and when the item (plants) finally arrived, it looked like they were just dug out of the ground, no cleaning them, no inspection, just dumped into a baggie, soil and all. They are going into the garbage, I don't feel they are safe to plant (concerns over invasive species, etc).
