When I asked to have the re ship the part the seller asked me to confirm the part number, which I did, never got confirmation the part was being re shipped, now seller is claiming I never responded. We stated it left the facility but may have missed a scan, please allow more time.This is for two shipments, so it made little sense both would be lost. The next morning, we instructed buyer to check tracking again, as they did update. Then, one item is delivered while the other is not. We offered a replacement from the beginning if no update. So we asked confirm which is missing. They asked how long. We answered. Tracking updated.
