We write that in the description to be transparent with all potential buyers. You were aware of it, yet you're penalizing me for it? The returned unit was tested & the USB port worked fine. There was a VERY SMALL piece of cardboard fiber lodged in the port likely from packing material. The device worked exactly as expected. I'm sorry you were disappointed. I apologize.
