I asked the seller to send out a new one, but they wanted the faulty one back, which I'd already thrown away because it smelled of toxic burnt plastic. Its lucky it exploded straight away, and not whilst driving! Item was presented in photos as wooden on the outer and interior surface.The items that came were of satin chrome finish on in interior finish.In fairness when contacting the supplier they offered to send a prepaid return slip but by this time my missus unaware had unpacked and made use of them.

I have since re-ordered from them and the delivery is as good as their customer service. I would definitely order from this supplier again. Thank you
