(*as you can see from my feedback, this is extremely rare, but I am human after all) eBay was supposed to issue the refund once I received the item back. (*they kept my money once buyer opened return, so I didn't have it either). I'm not sure why it wasn't issued to buyer right away, but it is now.

She said I ordered the jet hematite well I’m sorry I don’t know the color names. I just buy them by the way they look in the picture I had bought one years ago I was trying to get the same one, but these are black. Nothing like the picture posted. I reached out to her. You can see the listing pic right here in feedback that they ordered black w/black crystals. They even messaged me ASKING for this color (BY NAME!) because it was out of stock, so I set it up for them to order. THEY RECEIVED THE SAME COLOR AS THE PIC IN THE LISTING THAT THEY ORDERED AND ASKED FOR. So now I am out the fees (VERY HIGH), the shipping costs (ALSO HIGH) & ALL my costs to make these, yes, TWO beautiful frames! WHY??!! THIS IS NOT FAIR AT ALL! :(
