Reached out to seller to see if they would do anything, instead responded by informing me of eBay’s return policy and suggested I contact the manufacturer, likely based overseas. Will put in with trash where it belongs likely insulting the trash sitting next to it. Lesson learned, sticking with top rating sellers who look after their customers better.
