They attempted to send more cord; but it was the same length…..will have to purchase cord & re-wire to make it Long enough for our kitchen ceiling. Would be fine for most.

I received my chandelier with one broken globe, I reached out and was immediately contacted by them. They apologized for my inconvenience and stated that they would put a new globe in the mail the next day. They sent out three replacements :) I feel if this company could not make things right they would refund your money without hesitation. They've been added to my favorites and I look forward to future transactions.
