So I removed 1 star from the item. I tried to contact the seller before buying buying asking questions about this item and asking if they had some other items I needed. To this day I still have not gotten a reply. Item came fast though, and was cheaper. They apologized for my inconvenience and stated that they would put a new globe in the mail the next day. They sent out three replacements :) I feel if this company could not make things right they would refund your money without hesitation. They've been added to my favorites and I look forward to future transactions.
