I will have to drill some holes in my trucks frame to make it fit but, that's to be expected considering how Chevrolet designed their transmission cross member. Other than that it will work just as expected and allow me to route my exhaust and add a crossover pipe (H pipe).

The only issue I had was shipping, the lug nuts were loose in a small thin cardboard box, the box was pretty much smashed and had been taped over several times. The lug nuts all have marks on them from shipping and UPS lost 2 of the lug nuts by the time they got to me. Luckily, I only needed 16 lugs. I highly recommend the seller ship differently, either lay them flat and bubble wrap them or at least use paper.

Appearance of the tool was as pictured. Great price compared to the name brands. Quality seems to be fairly good.
