But when the room temp. is 65 degree or less, the powerful fan blower seems to stirs up the cold air in the room. The heater does very well once the room temp.reaches to 70 degree or more and it keeps the room cozy all night.

I still can't get any support from UPS, I did get a refund from the seller though. I just won't order anything important shipping thru UPS anymore because UPS has zero customer service, and can't even detect automatically that a shipment is lost or stalled.
