These were purchased in a case pack. You will have been the first person to open the item". Mind you, the doll comes in a ziparound bag so clearly they don't quality check items they resell. Seller refuses to give me partial refund for their neligemce nd suggest I return the item ktI contact Mattel about it. Some customer service.
