I purchased 5 filters for my Toyota Prius. The filters are not like most in that they do not have a metal case. One small issue was that they were mailed in a soft sided envelope and a couple were "squished" a bit in the mail. Only issue is that the seller's shipping packaging needs to be improved. 5 filters should be protected / boxed in a separate box for shipment versus stuffing 5 filters into a plastic envelope. 4 of the 5 filters arrived with one or more corners of the "filter box" crushed. Upon initial inspection, it appears filters survived, but providing input here for seller's reference.
