Everything works great. I got a great deal on this pc bundle for use in my home/bedroom recording studio. The plug and play mouse and keyboard work great. The monitor has great features and the picture is clear and crisp.

Discount Computer Depot shipped the computer in a very heavy duty box. The computer and monitor were packed in specialized bubble pack bags made for these types of items. The keyboard, and the mouse were also carefully packed. When I opened everything up I could not tell that this was refurbished equipment. Also I was given a one year warranty. The computer started as it should, had no issues at all.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go!
