They were so receptive from start to finish! An added bonus was the price! Packaging appearance and condition was beautiful as well as the their choice of threads for me! Slight delivery delay due to seller being out of town but was told from the start so all was well on that but after unpackaging the item was in a plastic bag which had Styrofoam in the bag thus on the figurine/statue and boy did I have a time getting it from between the crevices. A slight headed ache but not the fault of the sellers but whomever packaged it. he is not home with some other jungle friends. Pleased with the transaction overall.
