The unit was dirty and had a dented corner indicating it was dropped.The screen they sent was a bad logic board as it only powers on in low power mode. Unit boots fine on OS no issue. The old screen I had displays with no backlight. When I let them know they insulted me and blocked me. As you state in your review, the display we sent you worked just fine and the issue was your logic board causing backlight and power issues just like it did with your original display. We pointed this out to you when you filled a return using the option "Item defective", which was a lie. We then informed you that you were blocked because we prefer not to have incompetent technicians handling the components we sell. Hope that clears it up for you, have a good day!
