I debated writing this but I felt others needed to hear it.
I bought a 5.5 Gen iPod 80GB model with the proper model number in the description. These are special (worth more) because they have more RAM. I knew how to verify the exact model and what I received was a 30GB model with the "30" scratched out on the backplate and an 80GB drive installed. It may have been a mistake, but seems fishy.
I sent back, he replaced logic board and sent back. Entire transaction = 2.5wks! Be careful out there!

But most of all, the iPod is in great shape and works perfectly. Not to mention, he included a cool silicone case! This is a great seller, and I would definitely buy from him again.
