Yeah, it's one of those Chinese sellers but what isn't made in China nowadays? There are literal same listings that share the same picture but just get the one that's cheapest that you happen to find. Their delivery time was overestimated so you are highly likely getting this earlier than what is expected. Quality wise these are keycaps, the spacebar might need some breaking in though.
