I don’t know what was all over it but no big deal. Would definitely buy from again.

I find the higher the percentage, especially with glycolic acid the bottles are not usually consistent. That’s my only feedback, nothing negative; that was my experience and everyone is different. This purchase was time around. I’m extremely happy with so far 👍
