I don't mind paying some extra but $40 is over half the cost of the item itself. The dollar amount was not listed in description and seller refuses to refund me. Ebay needs to clarify to its shoppers the dollar amount that would need to be paid up front prior to buying. This is very unfair to buyers not knowing the exact extra dollar amount ahead of purchase.
