Product arrived rapidly, and in excellent condition. It’s a very good quality and I was pleased with the value. Product has a really strong Spicket handle so that the flow of water is now better. It looks excellent and it matches the BERKEY Water filtrations canister.

Seller doesn't tell buyer which shipping service they're using until after the sale. I needed to change the shipping address after confirmation email (because our quirky rural area has strange USPS rules). Wrote immediately, but vendor wouldn't contact the shipper to make the address change. This easy, great purchase cost me 4 hours on the phone with shipper. Next time: 5 minutes to help your buyer, please!
