I coudn t reorder because they immediately taken the offer offline, saying that they sold it to somebody else. The seller cancelled the order saying that I cancelled it. That never happenned. They probanly use this lame excuse to not be penalized by eBay for cancelling orders. We did what was asked then, then they leave a negative review pretending they never cancelled the order. We were being nice and respectful by canceling his order without any negative ramifications. We wish the customer all the success.

I investigated and learned that these products do not arrive shrink wrapped when new. Furthermore the listing shows the box NOT shrink wrapped. At this point I searched fake vs real and found all the proof that the item I received is counterfeit. The photos feature elements that prove the product is fake. We offered 25% discount. Cust contacted eBay stating item is a fake & wanted a full refund & keep the item. We requested a return. Cust returned item in so many pieces we couldn’t sell it as a used item. When is a sell responsible for a buyer who breaks an item after receiving it? Or was it a discount scam?
