I just felt that whoever sent me this hat would use common sense and pack I in something since it’s “new with tags” so I requested a $15 discount. I forgot to send pics, my bad. I had no idea that the hat would be damaged by impact. I thought the hat had a cushion plus the plastic bag had bumpers. I asked him to take a picture of the hat and show me but he didn't. I tried to give a partial refund but he already left me negative feedback. Then he asked me for more money. Looking at his actions, I can't even believe that his hat was damaged.
