My purchase was 2 items (identical). They were not identified as used, however both items were used. One was in partial working condition and the other was dead on arrival. I will accept only one keyboard and will return the dead one. Rather than requesting a refund, I would accept a replacement, if you would guarantee it is in acceptable (working) condition. I will require paperwork from you to return the dead one.

Came on time and price was amazing. Just didn't like that game. The best Soul Calibur I played was Soul Calibur 2 many years ago. But Soul Calibur 6 is not good of a game. But I trust this guy when it comes to buying stuff. Will buy from them again.
