And they described so many contingencies if anything was wrong. They shipped promptly and sent tracking asap. The package was secure and had extra stuffing paper for protection and the original box was flawless. Even the boots were in plastic wrap in the box. They were communicating through the whole process as well. The value was also super. Much appreciated!
