But I had issues with the motherboard as soon as I tried to put it in my pc case, which as it turns out, did not fit, despite the motherboard seller saying it was an ATX size and the pc case stating that it could fit an ATX sized motherboard. So I did some research and I was both, sent the wrong motherboard and both motherboards were mislabeled as ATX sized, they were in fact proprietary. The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.
