Then I went to open one of the sides and realized that the tray that holds the bits in place was not properly installed. This caused the bits to fall through and it took forever to get them back into place. All in all I like the product, but they should be inspected before being shipped out to make sure that everything is installed correctly.

My items arrived safely, but future shipments may not. Still, an easy transaction, overall, and am quite satisfied.
